There are various types of wrist band fabrications such as woven material, non tear paper and low toxicity silicon. Tyvek® a highly breathable DuPont non woven synthetic product is often used to make wristbands as it is easy to make and safe to wear because of it is non reactive elements. It can be fabricated in many different shapes and colours even with a mottling effect.
If you intend designing a wrist band we can assure you there is no limit to the style of wrist band designs, you are only limited by your vivid imagination and a creative graphic artist. If you have your own artwork which is in a print ready file format we will be able to use it but should you require a design to be created we can recommend one of our graphic artists to assist you.

Challenge
To print and supply strong biodegradable disposable consecutive numbered wrist bands for an event with a competition and prizes. Hence the sequential numbering to be printed on each band.
Solution
- We showed the client a number of options of different types of wristband for them to choose from.
- We received the artwork from the client and produced a sample.
- Upon approval the rest of the bands were printed with sequential numbers.
- We checked the quality of the printing and spot checked the sequential numbering.
