A Design and Marketing Company for School Products
Challenge
To produce a custom made leather bound portfolio/folder in which to store the important documents of a student at school from kinder to year 12. The client was concerned about producing this item offshore as they had previously had a bad experience.
Solution
- We sat with the client and took an extensive brief.
- We confirmed the brief in writing back to the client.
- We then briefed our designer who created the artwork required to produce the folder. In conjunction with the client we made some changes and refined the concept.
- We sent the artwork to our team in China who then sent samples of different materials and options for our client to inspect and to choose from. We discussed the benefits of each option.
- We produced a proof in the form of a mock up for approval by our client.
- We started production keeping the client fully informed along the way. This included photos of the job as it was being produced.
- Once quality was confirmed the job was packed and shipped.

The completed job was delivered in time for the client's deadline. Our client had peace of mind as she was kept informed at every step of the process. Upon delivery everything was as per the specifications and the folders looked fantastic.
